What does “full-time” mean?

Full-time means your Executive Assistant works 40 hours per week, dedicated to your business during agreed working hours.

Do I get to choose my Executive Assistant?

Yes. We screen and shortlist 3 qualified Executive Assistant candidates, and you choose the one that best fits your business and working style.

What if the Executive Assistant isn’t the right fit?

If the fit isn’t right within the first 3 months, we provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

What’s included in the management fee?

DelegateZone handles recruitment, HR, payroll, and ongoing support. You work directly with your Executive Assistant—we manage everything else behind the scenes.

Is there a minimum commitment?
